Olive Tree Staffing began in Miami, Florida, with a simple vision: to create a healthcare staffing agency that feels human and that treats every professional and partner with genuine care.
As a relationship-driven agency, we take pride in understanding the heart behind the work. Whether we are helping a clinician find their ideal role or supporting a school in need of a reliable team member, our focus remains the same: connection, compassion, and growth.

Looking Ahead
We currently focus on Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), with plans to expand into Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and other allied health therapy roles.
Our goal is to become a trusted, boutique-style therapy staffing partner recognized for our human-centered approach, ethical practices, and commitment to the professionals and organizations we serve.
